I would highly recommend UK Money Man, especially Matthew Collinson and Paula. They have done an amazing job for me from start to finish. My previous mortgage broker got my application declined through TMW, and I was very stressed and worried. When I came to UK Money Man, they completely changed the game for me. Matthew was always helpful, professional, and kept me updated at every stage — even on his day off. That level of service really meant a lot to me. Paula was also fantastic and worked hard on my application. Thanks to their hard work and support, my mortgage was approved. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me and my family. UK Moneyman provide an excellent service, in my case with complex conveyancing. Simple upload of documents, excellent comms and friendly. They took time to understand my needs and to explain options and prov8de illustrations of what I was agreeing to. Fee was reasonable and transparent with no hidden traos or surprises. When things were not quite going as expected (loan provider not UK moneyman this was sorted quickly and efficiently. I would thoroughly reccomend them if you are looking for a mortgage, especially if what you need is not quite standard. Warren and Lizzy did the work, thankyou both...
I had a great experience working with Leo and Jo as my mortgage brokers. As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at the start, but they provided clear and helpful information from day one, which really put me at ease. They were always quick to respond to my emails and kept everything moving smoothly, regularly following up and making sure nothing was missed. A special mention to the moment they called to let me know my mortgage offer had been approved. It made the whole experience feel exciting and personal, rather than just transactional. This is a review on behalf of my nan and grandad. Both o.a.p's and with health issues especially my grandad who was diagnosed with prostate cancer at the end of 2024.. After trying to get a re mortgage/equity out in 2024 with another company and it fell through right towards the end because there lack of knowledge, the guys at moneyman stepped up and gave them the help all the way and was always on top of getting them the remortgage they needed, due to facing an eviction because the previous company took so long. I highly recommend these guys 100% all the way. Always helpful always polite. And mostly helping keeping my nan and grandad from being evicted.

As a first time buyer, I ummed and ahhed about getting a mortgage broker, but I'm so glad I did in the end. I spoke with Wayne who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - he provided clear and concise information every step of the way, ensuring he was always available to answer any and all of my questions while during the house viewing process. Then once I had had an offer accepted, Wayne re-ran the searches and found me an even better mortgage offer. If I could give 10 stars 1 would! I first contacted UK Moneyman last year and Chris Thompson was so helpful. When I realised that I needed to put the process on hold for a while, Chris was really understanding and I knew that when we were ready to apply for a mortgage, we’d definitely go back to UK Moneyman. Chris never pushed as some companies would have done, but when I reached out to him to start the application process, he was brilliant! We had found our dream home and were ready to apply, Chris was so supportive! I never struggled to get hold of him. At times I’d text him out of hours, never expecting a response, but Chris was always so responsive. Lizzi Roscoe was the person that submitted our application. Again, we couldn’t have been in better hands! Lizzi never left us waiting for information and was incredibly efficient and also a lovely person who always kept us in the loop. Our mortgage was approved within 2 weeks of application, including having to have an on-site valuation. I know this isn’t always the case, but the process for us has been so quick! We are now really close to exchange and cannot recommend UK Moneyman enough. Chris Thompson and Lizzi Roscoe you’re the best, thank you so much for all you’ve done for us!
I agreed a selling price with the vendor of property in Lincoln. I had a mortgage in principle for sometime. At the last minute the lender withdrew their offer. I contacted Moneyman through the internet a was appointed Wayne as my broker. Wayne understood my predicament instantly and the difficulty of sourcing a lender due to my age. He managed my expectations and made no promises. Within a few days he came up with a lender and the initial request was forwarded to them. A mortgage in principle was offered shortly afterwards, so I could continue with the process of purchasing the property. Paula took over from there a managed the administration of the application for the mortgage effectively and with speed. The mortgage was approved within a week. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Moneyman, Wayne and Paula to source and manage a mortgage, especially if you are looking for a non standard product Craig Roylance
I’d highly recommend this service if you’d like, as stress free as I imagine it can get, mortgage advice and life insurance. Tom and Louise were excellent and prompt in their communication, and sorted out everything that we needed.
UK Moneyman have been very helpful in procuring a lifetime mortgage for me. Firstly, I had lots if advice from the representaive dealing me. It took quite a long time to find a suitable property so they had to wait before I could make the mortgage application, and then that property fell through so I had to apply again when I did find something. They were very patient. Then, when we were nearing completion, they were very active in chasing up the mortgage company and their solicitors to keep everything on track, and they kept me well informed as to the progress. I am very pleased with their service.
Great advice and service
We've used UK Moneyman a number of times and we'll use them again. We had Chris Thompson as our mortgage advisor. He's professional, friendly and reliable. He perservered with us over a couple of years (our chain kept falling through) which showed real commitment to his clients. I highly recommend Chris. Stacey Moss managed our application and it was approved within 12 hours! So it would seem that all those involved were doing a great job which ultimately lead to a quick, positive outcome. Thanks folks.
