I can't thank Roger enough for all the help and assistance he gave my partner and I in securing our first mortgage.We were not at all optimistic about our chances of getting on the housing ladder,especially with all the negative press about banks not lending and the general state of the economy.Our choices were limited,but Roger managed to agree our case with a lesser known lender who charged a slightly higher rate of interest,but even so we are still paying less on our new mortgage than we were in rent at our old place!
